In cooperation with the Allegheny County Bar Association’s Volunteer Attorneys, NHCO offers free 30-minute legal consultations to eligible residents of northern Allegheny County outside of the City of Pittsburgh.

Any noncriminal matter can be discussed, including divorce, bankruptcy, landlord/tenant concerns and more. Legal consultations are meant to provide advice and direction on how to proceed with a legal matter.
