DONATIONS:
NHCO is "People Helping People" and we rely on the generosity
of individuals, congregations,
businesses, religious/civic/school groups, foundations and government
entities in this community to help us carry out our mission of helping
those in crisis, hardship and poverty.
Please know that we make it a priority to be excellent stewards
of each and every gift we receive, spending at least 86 cents of
every dollar on direct services for those in need. We also maintain
a Donor Privacy Policy, which ensures that we will never sell or
give your name or any other information to another organization.
All financial donations may be made in honor, memory or thanksgiving
of someone important to you. Donations may also be made anonymously.
Please make a note of your wishes on your gift.

SEASONAL
SHARING PROJECTS
We collect and distribute back-to-school supplies, winter coats,
Thanksgiving dinners, food and utility credits during the holidays,
sporting equipment, toys, and candy baskets and food certificates
for Easter/Passover. Sharing Projects are a great way to get involved
with NHCO, either as a donor or as a volunteer. You could organize
a collection with your school, congregation, civic group, business
or neighborhood association.
There are lots of ways to make it fun. For some tips on organizing
a collection, please click here.
